JOB ROLE : Performs complicated servicing and processing for claims administration. JOB DUTIES :
· Handling all claims. · Allocates work and monitors completion of the claim TAT according to guidelines. · Delivering excellent claims process to all clients. · Makes recommendations and execute process streamlining and service improvement initiative. · Responsible to review claims guideline and SOP. · Improving procedures and systems efficiency claims. · Responsible to audit report. · Monitoring compliance with existing law and regulations and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS :
· University/college graduate with major in Medical. · 1 year experience in Individual Claims, good knowledge in insurance industry. · Abilities in process all type of claims and investigation if needed. · Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia. · Knowledge in Insurance especially claims. · Having skills in analytical, medical, presentation and customer service
