JOB DUTIES: · Work collaborative with the Mobile Sales Manager and Telemarketing Sales Manager to ensure effective Key Performance Indicators of the Company and sales force are implemented and delivered · Develop motivational and recognition program for the mobile sales force to make sure productivity benchmark is achieve · Coordinate sales marketing and promotion activities to support Mobile Channel in order to achieve the sales and quality benchmark · Working with the company Product Champion to coordinate the new product development process and product intelligence for the Mobile Channel · Develop deployment strategy for new/tactical campaign and new product launch in line with the sales projection · Manage budget and expenses of the Mobile Channel operation · Assist the Head of Direct Marketing on other ad-hoc projects related to the expansion of Mobile Channel QUALIFICATIONS : · University degree with minimum 3 years experiences in Sales Department, Business Development or Account Management in JV life insurance companies in the area of Bancassurance business and/or Agency business · Understand life insurance as well as bank portfolio · Sales oriented and self motivated to succeed · Excellent coordination and communication skills · Proficient in verbal and writing English · Computer literate : Ms-Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
