Job Purpose : To implement monitoring & supervision on the agency best practice covering needs based selling, prospecting for recruitment & joint field work (JFW), and activity & performance management Key Responsibilities : 1. Maintain & feed data analysis to related parties 2. Coordinate with Agency Operation & Sales/Agency Office on the implementation of monitoring & supervision on the agency sales best practice 3. Maintain data management of monitoring & supervision on the agency best practice 4. Involvement in national events of Agency SLFI Qualifications: · Minimal Diploma (D3) from any discipline. · Bachelor degree (S-1) and certification of LOMA / AAAIJ is desirable · 5 years experiences in Life insurance companies · Knowledge and experience of insurance back-office operation & process flow · Experienced in data analyst · Computer literate (Microsoft Office) · Proven technical competency · Problem solving ability · Communication and Relationship building · Team player · Result oriented
