Reporting directly to the General Manager, as a Trainer, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of training and development activities for staffs.

You will work closely with our sales force to ensure that general and specific learning requirements are met. You may also be required to liaise with external trainers to design and evaluate training programs.

Along with a university degree, you should have minimum 3 years of training experience. You should have direct sales experience, preferably in financial services and possess a good sales track record.

Highly adaptable and self-motivated, you are a dynamic and creative individual who is an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ideally you are a hands-on trainer who is highly motivated and passionate about the business, and possess excellent people skills which will allow you to build strong relationships with senior managers within the organization.
